Today is George’s birthday!  He was 3 1/2 when I adopted him in December, but I didn’t realize the SPCA knew his exact birth date.  Later on when I was reading his papers I saw the date 6/16/2008!  Happy four, you little fluff nugget.
I made him a cake last night with whitefish cat food sculpted into a dome, decorated with dry food and two leaves of fresh catnip!  He didn’t know what to do with it and kept circling around the tray until I removed the leaves.
