Here’s a lovely illustration on the inside cover of a library book (which I definitely kind of maybe untaped the book jacket to scan), and a much prettier front cover of the same book.  
I came across the movie a few years ago (it’s now one of my favorites) and thought about reading the book for quite a while.  The story is much broader in the book, but the tale is told wonderfully in both mediums.
