New page!
(Magazine illustration with added magazine stars, a drawing of a number series I found stamped underneath my new thrifted table, and a painted pattern)
Awesome/adorable mixed media sculptures by r.izumi!
Does anyone have a blog with their own creations on it? I want to check it out!
If not, any crafts, art or baking blogs?

I finished! It started out as inspiration from this sketchbook page by Jon MacNair, and then deviated from that. The right side is oil pastels with red paint. I used some eyes painted on fabric that I made a while ago for creepy dude.
A whole website of illustrated recipes?! I’m quite liking They Draw & Cook. You can search by illustration style, recipe type, or by ingredient!
Fig Marmalade by Lucile Prache
Oatmeal with Honeyed Figs by Jessica Pollak

Thrifted: this leather journal filled with homemade-feeling paper with only few pages torn out in the front. I decided I had to buy it when I saw “ELIZA” written on the top side of the book (the first half of my name).
Since the journal has such a natural vibe about it, I went with dried leaves and flowers. I’m not sure if this page is finished, we’ll see.
I traced some oldish cat sketches in pen and colored them in…they’re from an exercise in the book Drawing Lab by Carla Sonheim (draw cats from your imagination, keeping the lines simple and optionally switching to non-dominant hand).
I’m currently loving potted fabric plants. I’m attempting to make my own!
This is wonderful!

I tried out the inside bottle painting. (Poppytalk)
What it doesn’t mention is that you will have a massive amount of paint in the bottle after everything is covered, and that you should pour it back into the paint bottle!
