I’m loving these redone vintage watches from metaletlinnen, and Etsian from South Korea.

My oldest sister gave me this fox scarf for Christmas from green3apparel!  It’s made from recycled cotton, which is the cotton that would have otherwise been discarded during spinning and weaving.

…And, done (with the bodies)!  I’m not sure about the green horses…they look too green.  I don’t know why, they look fine in the base green.  I might have to redo them.

Three sets (nine horses) left…I’m a bit stuck on what to do with them.  I messed up two of the sets and had to recut and spray them.

Abigail Brown, has the most unbelievable range of every kind of bird, this peacock is just my favourite of the flock.

When I was in the process of making my peacock pattern, I searched and searched to see if there was another peacock softie in existence.  I was so excited when I couldn’t find anything, because, you know, it just seems that anything you think up has already been made.  And…this lovely work from Abigail Brown pops up!  He’s gorgeous.  I still like my peacock, both of them are on different levels and to me, each have their pros and cons.

After making some pants and a few skirts, I finished the clothes for the felt dress up project, sans board.  Hmm…I think I need to take a picture of all the clothes together!

This wonderful ARTICLE by Austin Kleon explains how artists can develop their minds and talents. If you are not an artist, you can apply many of these ideas to your own life and aspirations.

This deserves a spot on my blog!  An amazing article by the creator of the original newspaper blackout poems.
